Here at meat in the box, we deliver fresh meat items. These items are perishable and so we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for any products. That doesn’t mean that we can’t address any problems with your order or products. We know that certain issues can occur, which can render a product unsuitable for consumption. If this is the case, we advise our customers to dispose of the item in a safe manner.
