Topside & Silverside Beef Joint is a delicious roasting joint taken from the hind quarter of the animal.
Ideal for a longer, slower-style roast to give super cylindrical slices of hearty roast beef. Our butchers use seam butchery to reveal the topside of beef. We then create individual joints out of the primal cut.
