About this Beef Wellington

This Beef on Croute  is prepared by our butchery team from a traditional combination of Beef Fillet, Mushroom Pâté and crisp Puff Pastry. Brush with Egg wash and cook from fresh or frozen. Please note: Due to seasonal demand your  may arrive with you frozen.

Beef Fillet (60%), Puff Pastry (30%) (WHEAT Flour (47%) (Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamine), Margarine (30%)(Palm & Rapeseed Fats & Oils, Water, Salt), Water, Salt), Mushroom Pate (10%) (Oven-Roasted Mushrooms (24%) (Mushrooms, Sunflower Oil), Full Fat Soft Cheese (MILK) (16%), Crème Fraiche (MILK) (14%), Whipping Cream (MILK), Water, Onion, Rapeseed Oil, WHEAT Flour (contains GLUTEN) (WHEAT Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Bulgur WHEAT (contains GLUTEN), Mushroom Concentrate, Cornflour, Potato Starch, Salt, Garlic Purée, EGG Yolk, Olive Oil, Lemon Juice, Thyme, Mushroom Powder, MUSTARD Seeds, Black Pepper, Sugar, Spirit Vinegar.

How will my Beef on Croute arrive?

Your Beef on Croute will usually arrive FRESH or FROZEN in an insulated box.  Due to seasonal demand, it may arrive with you frozen. Rest assured that it can be cooked from frozen too! This box and the insulation are 100% recyclable and biodegradable. Our gel freezer packs keep the box contents cool – you can’t recycle these but you can pop them back in the freezer and use them for your next picnic basket or drink bucket. We vacuum-seal or shrink-wrap each item for freshness with storage instructions displayed on each. Unfortunately, the vacuum bags and shrink wrap are not recyclable but we are currently working on a biodegradable solution. Most importantly, the storage instructions must be followed to ensure quality and safety.

When will my Beef on Croute arrive?

Your Beef on Croute will arrive on the delivery day selected during checkout. You can select the next day or a date up to 60 days into the future. Our courier will provide a delivery time-slot and do everything they can to deliver your item on the requested day. If you haven’t received your item by this time, please let us know.
